Question: I have pain in my right abdominal area which radiates to the back. The pain is mild right now but I have been feeling it for a week now. When I wake up I feel it and when I work is there too. At times I feel nausea but it goes away. I eat well but I am worry. I also have itchy skin on my legs alot. Can you give me an idea on what I have. I have no fever.

Hi,
Thanks for your query to XXXXXXX
Possibilities are
1. Stones or inflammation of the gallbladder.
2. Inflammation of the pancreas.
3. Kidney or urinary tract stone.
Evaluation includes blood, urine tests and ultrasound scan of the abdomen to look for the possible cause.
Till you XXXXXXX the doc. things that would help are---
1. Antispasmodics.
2. Bland diet.
Kindly take medical help asap. Get well soon and pls keep me posted.
