Having Abdominal Pain, Back Pain And Shoulder Pain. How To Get Relief?
Question: I have pain in my stomach and between my left shoulder blade. I also have lower back pain. extreme thirst and itching all over. I am a 40 yr old male who has all been physical in shape through exercise. It started on New Years where I over indulge in eating. I bent over and my back locked up, LAter that week I passed bloody stool that turn into a week of diarrhea . It all passed but the systems above. I help.

1. How is your stool at present?
2. Any episode of nausea or vomiting?
3. Are you on any medicines?
4. What is the exact location of your pain - is it more on the right side?
5. What is the colour of your urine - whether dark yellow?
You can take antacid like Omeprazole 20 mg once a day before breakfast.
Cetrizine 10 mg once a day will help in relieving itching.
I would suggest that you should get some investigations done :-
1. Endoscopy.
2. Complete Blood Count(CBC).
3. Liver Function Test(LFT).
4. Blood sugar(Fasting and PP).
5. Ultrasound abdomen.
Treatment of your other symptoms can be planned according to the reports of above investigations.
