Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Anal fissure is a kind of wound. It is strongly associated with constipation and hard stools. It increases the pressure in the anal area what makes it prone to get wounded. So the most important thing in anal fissure treatment is to avoid constipation. To do that, you should improve your diet and try to maintain it.
Here is what should be done at your case:
- increase fiver XXXXXXX products, mineral water intake and physical activity
- laxatives are good idea
- wash your anus after every stool
- have sitz baths with Quercus Cortex twice a day
- for pain relief you should use Xylocaine gel, Tramadol 50 mg twice a day and Diclophenac 50 mg twice a day (should be used with Omeprasole 20 mg once a day to protect your stomach)
- Nitroglycerine gel should be used as well (it helps to relax anal muscle)
If such treatment wont give any relief, you should consult general surgeon and consider surgery.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

I have observed lot of swelling in anas . What shall i do.
Regards
Swelling is caused by fissure.
Detailed Answer:
Swelling is a result of fissure and inflammation. Please follow mentioned steps which should help with swelling as well. Diclophenac has an anti-inflammatory effect so it might be better than Paracetamol.
