If this complain is present, then infection or stones are more likely.
Please get a urine routine test and ultra sound done to rule out kidney stones.
Another possibility of appendicitis is there, as you got pain in right lower abdomen and radiating in right upper leg.
Consult a skilled surgeon and get examined for the same.
Meanwhile take antispasmodic tablet like Dicyclomine as and when required.
