Could Extreme Thirst, Pain In Neck And Upper Shoulder, Headache With Fatigue Be Due To Tension?
I m having symptoms of thirst most of the time but I m perfectly hydrated according to my urination, I m having pains in my neck and upper shoulder on the left side of my body, I m having gradual mild headaches in the temple area on the sides of my head and I ve been fatigued. This has been going on for 4 days after I first gave blood. What could it be? Is it something as little as possibly tension headaches?
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. The symptoms of thirst, and the pain of shoulder, and the neck may be due to the hypertension, jogerns syndrome, or gastric irritation. I advise you to consult physician for diagnosis and treatment. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ranitidine, domperidone, dicyclomine hydrochloride, and paracetamol. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have good health and resistance. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
