Having Breathing Problem. Feeling Irregular Heartbeat. Should I Go Straight To A Specialist?
Question: Well, since I return from the United States I have been having problem something catching my breath. I feel like it is beating to slow and then to fast and I have to take XXXXXXX breathe to catch it up or slow it down. Should I got see a doctor?

1. Are you having painful breathing?
2. Are you having palpitations of the heart as well?
3. Do you feel a constant need to breathe excessively to feel less breathless?
4. Do you have asthma?
5. Please mention all the medications you are taking (if any)
6. Do you have fever? Blocked nose? Cough? Wheeze?

2. Yes, I am having palpitations of the heart.
3. I have been breathing deeper and slower to catch my heartbeat.
3. I don't think have asthma, but I have allergies.

It looks like you are suffering from acute bronchitis due to the change in environment and weather. You need to be on some antihistamine like levocetrizine and a bronchodilator like aminophylline. Please approach a pulmonologist soon without delay.
For now
1. avoid exposure to dust
2. Avoid cold food and beverages
3. Avoid sleeping with windows open
