Having Chest Pain With Breathing Difficulty And Sticky White Cough. Any Solution?

According to the details you have provided you are most probably suffering from bronchitis or a lower lung problems and itself can cause chronic airway disorders causing white sticky phlegm and chest pain and has a risk of causing lung cancer.
Since you are also having difficulty in breathing you definitely need to consult a chest physician ( pulmonologist ) who can confirm the diagnosis after chest auscultation , X-rays , etc .Based on the findings he may start appropriate treatment or advise further investigational work up ( like lung function tests , CT scan of chest etc) .
Please do not worry as most of such lung disorders are treatable and gradually resolve if treated early .
As of now the treatment might include bronchodilator like salbutamol etc ( inhaled or oral ) with or without steroidal agents to improve lung function .
