1. Gas formation just below chest till intestine ( all most complete stomach)
2. Gastric trouble and burp at time causes pricking effect
3. Biggest trouble I face is gas formation and my stool some times contain vegetables and grams , which is what I meant as a digestion problem.
4. I have not taken any medication , because this has not stopped by regular activities , however I am facing this problem and it is inconvenient.
I dont have any other issues apart from this.

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
As most of the answers to my questions are negative there does'nt seem to be a serious problem. It appears to be a malabsorption type of a problem.
I would advise the following protocol for 6 weeks.
1. Regular timings of meals.
2. Plenty of water everyday .(at least 2 litres)
3. Plenty of XXXXXXX leafy vegetables.
4. Avoid fat XXXXXXX foods.
5.Avoid refined carbohydrate containing foods like fast foods.
6. Medications
a. Sorbiline (one tablespoon in a glass of XXXXXXX warm water in the morning for 6 weeks)
b. tab. hepa merz (1 tab three times a day after meals for 4 weeks.)
c. tab pancreoflat (1 tab three times aday after meals for 3 wks)
7. Probiotic in the form of yogurts or buttermilk.
8. bananas 1 in the morning with breakfast and one after dinner.
9.Regular exercise (walking for at least 40 minutes daily)
It is preferable to have multiple small feeds rather than large volume feeds.
After 6 wks if you do not feel relieved then a ultrasound of the abdomen may be done.
I hope this answers your querry.
