If you have itching of the urinary passage (that is inside the urethra), the urine examination will reveal what kind of pathology it is due to. Presence of pus cells
(if necessary culture and sensitivity test) and the presence of a parasite called as Trichomonas Vaginalis can easily be treated.

If there is itching outside of your organ, a thorough physical examination and if necessary some other lab. investigation will help to diagnose the cause and then it can be treated accordingly. Even certain skin condition which can occur anywhere in the body can produce lesion over genitals and produce itching.

Constant stomach upset has nothing to do with the genital itching. But the prolonged treatment and antibiotics may likely to be a cause for the itching.
If you can consult a Dermatologist, he/she will be able to guide you and treat you better.

Hi,
In Syphilis one will have a painless solitary ulcer over genitals and it had some specific characters by which physician will diagnose the same and treat with specific treatment. Sometimes without any symptoms also Syphilis may be present and called as latent Syphilis which can be diagnosed by the reactive serology tested in a laboratory. It is not difficult to cure and you can consult a specialist physician. But it will not usually manifest as itching inside the penis.
