Based on from the information it seem that you are having sinusitis caused by bacterial infected, and it seems like the infection is spreading to your neck nodes.
The yellow/greenish phlegm and stuffy nose points to be a Staphylococcus aureus bacteria to be the causative agent.
Please stop playing with your glands.
Advice-
1) Consult near by physician.
2) He will mostly prescribe you with antibiotics which will treat the bacterial infection. (Based on current regulations we cannot provide your the prescription on line, for that you need to consult local physician)
3) He/she may ask for the culture of the phlegm and X-Ray of the sinus if needed.

with have sinusitis does it have to be cleared by antibiotics?
why does the nodes be affected if constant touching and prodding? (which i had been doing)
my biggest fear is lymphona this sounds nothing like it at all does it?
Welcome back, ampicillin is the antibiotic that is most widely prescribed. And 90% of the case get well with it.
No the infection may have spread to tonsils and may have an enlarged lymphnodes, its not affected by constant touching , just will give pain and irritation.
No its no where near to be lymphoma. (For it to be lymphoma you will have to have night sweats, fever, with out any infectious cause being present the lymphnodes should swell) You have spot diagnostic feature for the infectious cause hence you have an infection and nothing more.
Please stop thinking in terms of lymphoma. And have yourself treated for sinusitis. The swelling and pain will resolve on its own once infection is cleared.
Hope its helps. and feel free to contact me.
Thanks Again.

I also have eczema since i was little and it flares up and down whenever it pleases. At the moment i do have eczema on my neck could that also make the nodes swell or irritated?
If you haven't figured by now im a crazy anxiety/panic attack and automatically assume the worst.
Welcome back, having XXXXXXX syndrome does effect the metabolism of drug around 5% which is not much of a worry. So having antibiotics at little lesser dose will take care of the issue. Please make sure you let your physician remind about the XXXXXXX syndrome.
The eczema do not cause the nodes to swell or irritate in your current situation the swelling is due to infection and lymph nodes response towards the bacterial attack.
Well now about feeling crazy/ anxious is normal I tend to do same in my health concern. Its way common then you think. Don't worry you will be fine. For any other issues/concern, you know where to find me!!!
Take care and relax.
Thanks again

i have had a really itchy scalp the last few days and have had scalp sores. i know it was starting to go crusty near my ear.. that is a staph infection isnt it?
makes sense if it was since everything is all joined
The itchy scalp and the crusty area around ear is known as " Seborrheic dermatitis."
Seborrheic dermatitis ( dandruff) can involve the ears and is in fact quite common.
For treatment -
I recommend vigorous and daily washing of the ear skin using a wash cloth and medicated dandruff shampoos (zinc pyrithione) or soaps ( Calming Zinc Soap ) to help prevent a flair up of the rash
If the rash flairs up anyway, I then recommend using medicated creams (clotrimazole cream) until the rash clears.
Hope it helps
Thanks
