The photos appear like it is conjunctivitis as I first suggested. The drops given by your doctor, ciplox eye drops are correct and you can use this eye drop as frequently as one drop every hour during day time. You can use ciplox eye ointment at bed time. Azithrol also you can use no problem. Regarding Signopalm, it is used in sleeping disorders like lack of sleep and I don't think it is necessary for your eye condition. If it is prescribed for some other reasons by your physician, you can use it.
