Question: 18 year old grandson with constant feeling of unwellness headache, anxious, shaking hands, sickness or feeling sick, very fed up with feeling this way. Weighs around 10 1/2 stone and about 5.9 tall.

Feeling of constant headaches, anxiety, general unwellness, etc are most commonly caused by a generalised anxiety disorder. The other causes that need to be ruled out include-
1. Eyestrain-Straining your eyes to focus on things can be a big factor of what causes headaches. You need to get your eyes examined for refraction.
2.Depression.
3. High blood pressure.
4. Flu like syndrome or a generalized viral illness.
All these causes need to be ruled out with the help of your physician before considering it to be due to anxiety.
Some suggestions:
1)Have a healthy nutritious diet.
2)Surround him with friends,family and supportive people.Let him not be alone.
3)Do Yoga/meditation daily.
4)Exercise daily for at least half an hour.It really helps in anxiety.
5)Have adequate sleep.
6)Encourage him for hobbies what he is fond of as music,movies,dancing etc.
All these things along with medications can help him in overcoming this state and be healthy.
