Brief Answer:
Needs Upper GI Endoscopy - repeat USG or better CT scan

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Your symptoms are leading more towards one of the following:
Gastritis.
Duodenitis.
Hence most important investigations would be an Upper GI Endoscopy which may help to get proper diagnosis and a plan for proper management. Please discuss this with your Doctor and get it done.
Also needed is repeat Ultrasonography and preferably contrast enhanced CT scan of abdomen to confirm about the gall bladder and prostate findings.
It is also better to get an opinion of an Urologist for the finding of a cyst in Prostate.
I hope this answer helps you.
Please give feedback once the Endoscopy is done.
Feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

Brief Answer:
As detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Nothing to worry at the moment as the gallbladder polyp is 3 mm.
It may not grow at all and you are young enough not to worry about something serious at this age of 23 years.
Review Ultrasonography to see the size change after 6 months.
Echogenic shadow is a technical word used in medical field, nothing of importance for the patient.
Take care.
