Hello my dear patient and thanks for trusting this forum to answer your query,
My heartfelt sympathy with you but life is tough and we have to cope with it.Even the doctor who is answering your query is having half body paralysis but life goes on and is some times brutal but all we can do is pray and learn to live with the things.I am extremely sorry for a late reply I think there was some problem with the server.
Moving to your query.In your case what seems to be the main culprit is your anxiety.Anxiety stimulates our autonomous nervous system which can't be controlled by us.Rate of peristalsis in intestines may decrease or increase depending on cases.Now what happens is that the food you take starts to stagnate in your gut and is acted upon by a number of toxic bacterium and yeast.This causes incomplete fermentation of food which releases large amount of toxic gases.These gases compresses the intestines and causes inflammation.Now nerves runs through these intestines.Extra pressure exerted by these gases presses inflamed intestine and nerve hence causing spasms off and on pain.Secondly colonies of toxic bacteria and yeast are formed in the food stagnated area adding up to problem.
First thing I would suggest you is to start taking lactium.Its a natural anti anxiety supplement.I know you have suffered catastrophic loses in last few years but you have to stabilise your self.
Time is never the same my dear.When I was young I too was on cloud 9 but time changes and life is cruel.
Now some suggestions are
1) Keep taking stool softener preferably 10 to 15 ml lactulose.
2) Take isabghul husk.Its a natural fiber and help to form bulk of stools.
3)Start taking any over the counter probiotic daily they would help to replete good flora of your gut.
4)Yakult can be taken.
5)Eat vegetarian home cooked food for few weeks.
6)For gas and bloating take semithicone and activated charcoal pills daily available over counter.
7)As anxiety increases acid secretion increase over the counter Omeprazole 40 mg twice daily.
Follow up after a week,
Have faith in God and believe me things would become better.

If you are on plavix you can take Ranitidine 300 mg a H 2 blocker instead of Omeprazole.

Great advice. I however been told not to take the Omeprazole as I am taking Plavix and it lowers the strength of the Plavix. I take for my anxiety Lorazepam twice a day, doesn't help. I do take the Omeprazole 40Mg anyway.
I will try your kind suggestions as your diagnoses seems to fit.
You are so right about getting older and this cruel world, Mother nature sure plays tricks on you when you are younger..
