Brief Answer:
Dyspepsia associated with foosd allergies.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Thanks for choosing "Ask a doctor" service for your query,
Have gone very carefully through your query.
Your problem seems to be due to Indigestion and dyspepsia. Our gastrointestinal tract has a forward propulsive movement (peristalsis) that moves the food material forward as it is digested, absorbed and finally expelled as feces. If somehow this movement gets hampered, food along with the digestive juices would stagnate the bowel habits would not be proper. Degradation of undigested food in the intestines by the intestinal bacteria would lead to the excess gas formation causing belching bloating. You need to improve the overall disturbed flora of your gut.Further being allergic to some food aggrevates the condition.Whenever food is not digested properly it starts fermenting and releasing large amount of toxic gases.Taking activated charcoal tablets would absorb them while probiotic would hep to form colonies of good bacteria.

My suggestions are-
Firstly try to sort out by yourself what food increases your problem and which food keeps you stable.
Secondly start these-
One bowl of sauted veggies in morning
One bowl of fruits in evening.
Take isabghul husk 10 mg thrice daily.
Take Probiotic VSL#3 twice daily.
Eat light vegetarian home made food for 2 week.
Take tablet activated charcoal tablet sos for gas.
You would be perfectly fine in 21 days.

Report back how you feel after 21 days.
Hope i was helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
1)If you have a proven allergy to a good probiotics won't help.
2)Digestive enzymes containing papain, pepsin fungal diastase etc can be taken would definitely help the body to break down food easily.
3)Can have a minor role but would help you mind palliatively.

Thank you
