
How Accurate Is A 4th Generation HIV Test?

Question: I had a 4th generation HIV ag/ab 7 months after unprotected vaginal sex. The test was negative should I go in for another test because I still have symptoms.

I have lymph swollen behind ear and neck. I have tongue lesions on right side of tongue. Slight blurry visions. And slight neck stiffness. All after catching what seem to be ars 8 months ago. All doctors say no problem in blood. I have no idea what to do next. Been to ent and general practitioner more than once. Symptoms still persist
