Welcome back to health care magic.
The tests for only HIV antibodies 1&2 is usually considered conclusive after 12 weeks.
The enhanced centaur assay also detects antibodies to O in addition to HIV 1&2 antibodies. It is further more helpful in detection. But does not mean the antibodies to HIV 1&2 test is not sensitive. Both are reliable and are conclusive after 12 weeks.
You can get back for any clarification.
