Dear friend, greetings from HCM , we always must feel good health , physically, mentally and spiritually, we can sense something wrong too, if ter is anything we always feel something wrong then we meet physician for work up. On the other hand, there are some diseases so called silent killers diabetes mellitus and hypertension. We won't feel any or some vague symptoms only. After 30 it is always a good habit to get regular check ups with your family physician. A routine scan, fasting and post prandial sugar, blood pressure, hba1c, microalbuminuria etc., . Every 1 years if normal. Or else based on the symptoms only we meet the doctor. Lifestyle is key and must practice regular excercise, yoga, meditation and good food habits. Take more of protein s and avoid carbohydrates. Add fruits and vegetables in your dialy food chart. Take boiled food that processed or fried food. I never take any medicines the report was good, but from last 2 month my life style has been sedentary lifestyle.. Do I need to get the HB1AC test done once again.
