Does Albumin In Urine And High WBCs Cause Inflammation Due To Injury?

I am pregnant in my 26 weeks, and I made a urine test and there is a distinct trace of Albumin, also there is a high level of WBCs. I have inflammation in my leg due to an injury; can this be the cause of the Albumin in the urine and the high WBCs in the blood?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The high WBC in blood can be from urine infection or leg inflammation.

The albumin in urine has multiple factors responsible as
- pregnancy
- urine infection
- low immunity from various reasons
- blood pressure changes induced effects.

Hope this information will be useful for you. Wish you fine pregnancy ahead.

Thanks.
