iF ITS 18cm pedunculated fibroid in size, then it must be causing you symptoms of pressure and pain. It is advisable that you must get it surgically removed, either laparoscopically or through laparotomy. It will not reduce with medicines now.

Ok I talk with doctor today ,he say that will histractomy not goes in this and abandon cursor uturuas has to come out ,if I don't do this what possibly happen to me that this kind of fibroid is grow more in years ..I don't know and I don't bleed too much ,no pain. Only heaviness and my attention goes there ..pleases can yu answer

If this is a pedunculated subserosal fibroid and as you said asymptomatic, then hysterectomy is not required but if its inside uterus or sub-mucousal , then uterus may have to be removed.
As it seems outside uterine wall, with no bleeding or pain symptoms, and no irregularity , hysterectomy is not required concomitantly.
