How Can A Bump In Between The Breasts Be Treated?
Question: I had a bump in my cleavage. Appeared to be a pimple but it wouldnt pop. Now where the bump was i have a circle of raw moist skin that looks like slough

I have reviewed the attached photograph and can appreciate an ulcerated area.
It seems you have developed pyoderma which is a bacterial infection of the skin.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take oral antibiotic like tablet cephalexin 500 mg twice daily for 5-7 days and apply topical antibiotic like mupirocin cream or fusidic acid cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
