Dear Dr Ditah, Actually, I have sent a photo of my wife, since she is the one
With the blister on the tongue. I apologize for at first saying it was me. I hope

Brief Answer:
Seems like Canker sore!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed the attached image and information fully. This seems like a canker sore. At this time, it is not of any specific significance. This often happens with a fever but in most circumstances without any reasons.
I'd suggest rinsing mouth 4 times daily with XXXXXXX warm salted water. Healing would be spontaneous and there is no need for any specific medical intervention. If she has pains, then Tylenol(Paracetamol) at 650mg twice to thrice daily is good enough for relief.
I hope this helps. I wish your wife well.
Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
Regards
