How Can A Left-sided Sore Spot On The Neck?

Question: I have a real sore spot on the left side of my neck just above the clavicle. Doesn't look unusually red or swollen on the surface, but is really tender to the touch and is real sore when I do such things as cough, sneeze, turn my head in any direction, or things like that. Have had it for 4-5 days. Prior to that I have been treated by a chiropractor for last couple of weeks for back pain that seems to keep moving around, and thought that might have something to do with it, though now I'm not so sure.
Brief Answer:
Add Tylenol 1000mg every 8hours!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed this information fully. The nature of thespian points to a strained muscle or tendon. I will go on wit appropriate pain management only at this time. Because none of the information seems to suggest possible infection(no swelling/No fever/No redness). Also, was your need manipulated during the physical therapy sessions? Excessive pull might have promoted this as well.
My recommendation is adequate pain control by adding 1000mg of tylenol every 8hours. Keep me posted with your response to treatment.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
