Brief Answer:
Hello dear. It appears a cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Welcome to HCM. I have seen the images. It appears as a simple mucous cyst without an ulceration. So chances of being cancerous are rare. However, close follow up with a ENT surgeon is necessary.
Thanks and regards

Thank you for answer doc. Do you think, it's urgent?, or appointment with surgeon and potential biopsy can wait 3 weeks? I'm going next week for 2 weeks vacation. Is there any chance that it will miss spontaneously?
