Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through the details and understand your concern. Usually it takes 5-7 days for the healing to occur. However, I would request you to upload an image of the affected area for me to determine the stage of healing. Apply some antibiotic ointment and it should soon be fine. In case of pain, paracetamol or acetaminophen can be given.

his temperature is also not stable at night since two days. it goes to about 101.4
Brief Answer:
Get the blood counts checked
Detailed Answer:
In that case it indicates an infection, possibly viral. You need to get the blood counts checked. Let me know the reports thereafter and I will guide you accordingly. As of now give paracetamol if temperature rises above 100.
