Question: hi, while taking hair bath few minutes back, I got sudden neck muscle pull.. after that I am not able to move my neck left and right. I hv acute pain in particular back and neck muscle.

thanks for ur response. I am 5week pregnant. is it safe to take these medicines.. also I did hot fomentation but no relief.. will cold fomentation help?
