Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am
After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that your symptoms are quite vague and are not pointing towards any specific cause. So I would like to suggest you that you need a through cardiac evaluation especially I want you to go through Echocardiography as that will help sort the reason of your sudden onset breathlessness, reason of sudden rise in bp, palpitations, chest discomfort and heart function.
Gastroenterologist consultation as in my opinion you should undergo upper and lower GI endoscopy to evaluate the cause of pallor, bloating and abdominal discomfort.
If you have already underwent these tests then kindly upload the report files for evaluation and proper advice.
You can upload the reports from your dashboard. You can also send them at YYYY@YYYY and address it to my name Dr Bhanu Partap.
I'll be happy to help

You need complete evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Hello Again
Sorry to hear that, as you had fainting episodes so it becomes even more important to get Echocardiogram done to find out any valvular stenotic lesion that could be the reason of your fainting or even palpitations. So better get it done.
Abdominal discomfort, pallor and fatigue and even weight loss needs Gi evaluation.
Kind Regards
