Brief Answer:
Lichen planus pigmentosus
Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
I would keep a possibility of luchen planus pigmentosus or actinic lichen planus
She must use a broad spectrum sunscreen e.g Suncros Tint Or Suncros soft sunscreen throughout the day. Reapply every 3 hours.
At night she may use Melacare plus cream just over the spot.

attached consultant papers should we continue this medicine?
Brief Answer:
Sunscreen during the day and skin lightening cream at night
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I can see that there is no sunscreen mentioned in the prescription. She must start with the sunscreen as I suggested. Without sunprotection treatment is likely to be less effective.
Though she may continue with eukroma cream at night but I would suggest a more potent cream for initial 2-4 weeks i.e melacare forte cream for night application.
