How Can Drugs' Effectiveness Be Detected While On Anti Tubular Lymphadenitis Treatment?
You should continue the treatment.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Anti tuberculosis treatment has to be taken as adviced by your doctor. You should not stop on your own.
As the lymph node size has decreased, the drugs are effective.
You can get LFT and exclude liver injury.LFT is not an indicator for Anti tuberculosis drugs.
I have seen many patients who stopped before the completion of the treatment and developed resistance to routine drugs. These are very difficult to manage.
Please do not stop medicine even though you feel very better.
Minimum side effects will be there for any drug. But,you should see the benefits instead of risks. As you are not having any side effects till now,you need not expect in future too.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.

The colour of secretions may be normal .
Detailed Answer:
Hi
1.Colour of secretions,Urine can be normal sometimes. If you have taken plenty of liquids, the urine will become dilute and the thick colour may not be seen.
2.It doesn't matter if you skip a single day dose.
3.Efficacy of the drug will not be decreased even if the tablet is exposed .You can take it.
Wish you good health
