Brief Answer:
You should go to the hospital

Detailed Answer:
Hello ! Thank you for asking Health Care Magic.
I have gone through your question and i understand your concern.
I think you should go back to the hospital, it is never late to get a full evaluation.

These XXXXXXX strokes in the past may be sign of several TIA during the past and in this case is very important to find out which is the cause of these TIA episodes. The only way to find out is to do a lot of examiantions( blood test, Ultrasound,MRI/CT, ECG.. ) so you need to be patient about that .

Some of the conditions that may cause TIA are :
-High blood pressure
-High lipids
-Cardiac problems
-Vascular problems( obstruction/stenosis of carotid...)
-smoking
-alcohol...
After they find out the possible cause the doctors will start a treatment against the main cause, i result prevent any other possible TIA episodes.

The chance of having another TIA or worse ( real stroke ) is higher when you already had several episodes of TIA.

Hope you find my answer helpful.
Let me know if you have any further questions, i will be happy to help.
Take Care !
