Brief Answer:
Detailed evaluation is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

As per your description it seems that you are having a rare clinical condition called "Persistent Sexual Arousal Syndrome"(PSAS). It is more common among women when compared to men. We have to rule out conditions like hormonal imbalance before commencing the treatment.

I suggest you to consult a psychiatrist who specialized in sexual disorders. Multidisciplinary approach is needed using both pharmacological(using drugs) and non pharmacological management.
Treatment and counselling required for both patient and partner.
Behavioral modifications and life style changes to avoid precipitating stimulus can be tried first.
Avoid provoking stimulus like vibrations of a XXXXXXX phones, train journey, and driving.
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is very effective in sexual disorders. your psychiatrist will explain it in detail.
In some cases pharmacological therapy is required using drugs like SSRI or other antidepressant medicines.
In extreme cases,"clittoral vacuum device " can be tried.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
There is not enough knowledge till now about the exact cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the follow up.

There is not enough knowledge till now about the exact cause of Persistent Sexual Arousal Syndrome"(PSAS). It has been hypothesized that it is caused by an irregularity in sensory nerves in your body.
In some patients, it is seen that some triggers like vibrations of a XXXXXXX phone, travelling in a train, or simply going to bath room can cause sexual arousal. If you can identify specific trigger you can avoid the feelings of arousal. But most of the patients cannot pinpoint a cause for the arousal and we can not prevent an acute attack.

Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
