How Can Oily Skin Be Treated?

Question: I've a very oily skin with large pores that get easily blocked. Is there anything I can do?

I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
You may take low dose oral isotretinoin (5mg) for a month. It would help reduce pore size as well as shrinks sebaceous glands thus reducing oiliness.

Regarding use of Isotretinoin

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

You should NOT get pregnant while you are taking Isotretinoin and for 1 month after you stop it. It can cause fetal malformations. I would suggest adequate contraception if you decide to take it.
The result last for 3 months after stopping it
Low dose isotretinoin can infact benefit rosacea.
For rosacea, you may try topical Metronidazole 1% gel or Azaleic acid 10-20% gel in addition to oral tetracyclines e.g doxycycline or minocycline.
