Brief Answer:
I think there is need to see sleep specialist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Health care magic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

From the available description there is good possibility to believe that you are acting out dreams which is indicative of RBD or REM sleep behavior disorder.

The disorder once diagnosed is easy to treat but often occurs in association with some neurodegenerative disorder which needs to be ruled out before starting treatment.

I request you to see a sleep therapist in your city without delay.

I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.
