How Can Severe Constipation With Nausea, Bloating And Gas Be Treated?

Question: Always feel urge to move bowels.But often can't.
A bit nauseous in morning.
What is causing bloating , gas, and constipation?

I have gone through your question and i appreciate your concerns.

You are suffering from constipation.
Some of the most common causes of constipation are -
-Not eating a well-balanced diet
- Not drinking the right fluids in appropriate quantities
-Experiencing continual high stress
- Choosing to live an improper lifestyle for our body's well-being
All of these will inhibit movement of our food waste through the digestive tract.Now as the food fails to pass through the digestive tract properly it is acted upon by a number of bacteria's(Bad)present in our intestines.Action of these harmful bacteria's cause incomplete fermentation of the food.Incomplete fermentation of food in intestines releases large amount of gases like hydrogen sulphide carbon dioxide etc.This cause formation of gas in abdomen.
Now the formed gas can leave the body either through anus(farting) or through mouth (burping).Elevated pressure due to gases causes a feeling of nausea.
So as you can see every thing is related to other and root cause of all problem is constipation.
So if we can treat constipation we can get rid of all other symptoms automatically.

For treatment of constipation drastic life style modification is required along with medications.


Start taking lactulose 10-15 ml once daily at night time(laxative).
Take two table spoon isabghull husk with XXXXXXX warm water at nigh.
Try to increase your daily fiber intake gradually.
Take probiotic supplements they are good bacteria and will improve digestion.
Drink one glass of lemon water after waking up in morning.
Try to avoid dairy,eggs,and meat.
Prefer vegetarian food.
Eat lots of bananas,grapes and oranges.
Use olive oils on salad.
Keep yourself hydrated.
Avoid fatty and spicy food.
For symptomatic relief in gases you can take omeprazole 20 mg once daily.

Follow this for 14 days and revert me how you feel.
