
How Can Severe Itchy Eyes Be Treated?

Question: Sir my wife is getting itching in her eyes from last 1 month.
we have consulted local doctor and he has given attached prescription. After applying these itching has only increased.

Take these medicines for 5 days.
Medicines are,
Eye drop Ciprofloxacin 2 drops twice daily(antibacterial).
Eye drop Naphazoline 1 drop twice daily
Syrup Allegra (Fexofenadine) 5 mg once daily.(antihistaminic) before going to bed.
Tab cefixime 400 mg twice daily .
Wash eye three times with cold water.
Don't rub eyes.
It will take around 5 days to settle down.

Sir but her eyes are not reddish as they should be in conjunctivitis.
