Brief Answer:
Sometimes the loose motions take longer to get all right

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to Health care magic,

Sometimes the loose motions take longer to get all right. Since it improved initially, the same antibiotic can be continued for about five days more (you may need a prescription).

Along with that, take Omeprazole or Rabeprazole twice a day, loperamide or immodium as and when loose motions are more and a preparation like flatuna containing activated charcoal.

Black tea with lemon, sugar and salt is also good.
A mixture of half and half yoghurt/curd plus soya milk will also help.
Avoid spicy, and cow's milk.

regards
