Brief Answer:
Increase uric acid may causing all this.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

There are many reasons for shoulder pain like you have, but in your case it seems increase serum uric acid is causing all this.

If possible please get MRI scan of both your shoulder joints as sometimes their occurs small tear in muscles or bursitis due to previously trival trauma or simply uric acid increases more than normal.

For pain management take tab. indomethacin 25mgs three times a day by prescription of orthopedic surgeon.

I advise you in addition you should take tab. Colchicine, febuxostat for increase uric acid by prescription of orthopedic surgeon as its dose needed to be titrated accordingly to the symptoms of patients.

Once pain subsides start doing physiotherapy of shoulder joints.

One thing more if if there occurs tear or bursitis then treatment may including steroid injections in joint, otherwise no need.

I hope you got the point.

Thanks,
