I am having severe throat infection and I am breastfeeding my 5 month old baby. Tried all home remedies. What should I do

It seems that you are suffering from upper respiratory tract infection (URTI).

It is mostly viral in origin but at many times at can be Streptococcal infection.
I recommend that you to my patients in such cases antibiotic like Azithromycin along with anti allergic like Levocetrizine once daily.

Do warm saline gargles.
