Question: My partner is only able to climax once. I have tried everything I can think of to enable him to have more than one with no luck. He had a heart attach 20 years ago and he puts it down to this and being tied

Brief Answer:
Have your tried medications ?

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

It is normal for a man to climax just once and take time for the second one. Here are my suggestions

1. Dont pressurize him to climax twice
2. Give him time after the first one
3. Make sure he wants it the second time, if he does not want it then its best to leave him alone
4. Tab Sildenafil can be used if it is the erectile dysfunction which is causing him to not climax the second time

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards

Could any of the following be part if the problem
Stress
Previous heat attack.
He rides a push bike regularly and I have read that certain seats can cause pressure therefore not allowing erection
What are your thoughts on this?

Brief Answer:
Stress

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back

Stress and his age are factors limiting him to get just one erection. Post heart attack patients are commonly on beta blockers, these medications also prevent erections. Go through his list of medications and get back to me, I am sure he is one atleast ecosprin, clopilet, atorvastain and a beta blocker.
