Brief Answer:
Probably interventional radiologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

I can't find the article or any information regarding this procedure either. What mostly like happened was an intervention radiologist injected heparin or similar clot buster into a clotted vessel with in the brain. This is a procedure that is becoming more common in people that can not tolerate blood thinners or clot busters systemically.

Let me know if you have more questions about the procedure or if you find the article I would love to read it also.
