Okay. I am nervous because I have a pocket of a soft large lump on my upper left arm..it is squishy or soft to the touch. I am also overweight so it could be fatty tissue but it feels like i bit more than that..no pain...
Brief Answer:
History is suggestive of lipoma, consult a doctor for diagnosis & management
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
A pocket of painless soft large lump on upper left arm could be a lipoma.
Lipoma is a benign painless tumor arising from fat or adipose tissue.
It is the commonest benign soft tissue tumor in adults.
However, certain investigations are required before a final diagnosis can be made and thus treatment.
I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and investigations.
An aspiration cytology of the lump is required wherein the cells are aspirated from lump with a needles.
The aspirated cells are stained and studied to know their nature.
In addition, a X-ray of the arm is also required to know the relation of lump with bone.
Thanks and take care

Okay..did you look at the uploaded pictures of each arm?
Brief Answer:
Yes, the swelling is a diffuse one, requires clinical assessment
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
Yes I has look at the image uploaded by you.
On visual inspection, the swelling appears to be a diffuse involving upper part of arm.
However, palpation is required to know whether the swelling is diffuse or discrete (implying separate from surrounding tissues.
Thus, consul your primary healthcare provider for further management.
Thanks and take care
