Lymph Node In Groin Is Swollen And Hurt After Hemorrhagic Cyst In The Right Ovary Burst

Hi, I had a hemoragic cyst 3,5cm in the right ovary and burst. I ve had an ultrasound and there is some liquid in my belly but the radiologist told me there is nothing to worry. My lymph node in groin is swollen and hurt. Should I wait for some days to see if it will pass until the liquid is absorbed? Thank you

Hello,

The fluid collection and lymph node enlargement will subside in a few weeks. Meanwhile, you can take Tylenol if the pain is bothersome.
Follow up with your ObGyn if the pain worsens or other symptoms like bleeding. lightheadedness develop.

Hope this answers your query
