How Early Is Treatment For Thyroid Nodules Required?

Question: Yes . . . the last of July nodules (one on each side) of my thyroid were found . . . the earliest appt. I can get with a Endocrinologist is the 20th of October. Show I try to see a doctor sooner? Is this to long to wait?
Brief Answer:
Thyroid nodules are very slow growing.
Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern. Most thyroid nodules are very slow growing. There is absolutely no harm waiting till october. However, again it depends on the ultrasound finding. What was the size and character of the nodules?
Could you attach a copy of your ultrasound report? Did you have a thyroid blood test done?
