Question: what is the likelihood that a male person age 77 years of age, with stage 4 mantle cell lymphoma, that has invaded his spleen, is in multiple lymph nodes, and is starting treatment with Rituxan and Bendamustine will be capable of actively participating as a witness is a week long stressful court proceeding at any point in the future?

If you have an otherwise proper overall health status, there should be no problems in actively participating as an witness in court proceedings.
