The genetic test report will determine the genetic polymorphisms and their influence on behavior, psychiatric states and drug response.

Or in simple language,
It will determine that which drugs (out of most commonly used and available psychotropic drugs) will suit you.

The choice of drug will still be governed by symptoms and clinical experience of treating doctor.

Withdrawal from xanax can be helped by xanax itself or any benzos in equivalent doses.

I do not think genetic testing will actually help in this.
