How Effective Is Steroid Therapy In Treatment Of Autoimmune Hepatitis?
Question: Hai doctor i have autoimmune hepatitis
doctor is given 40 mg steroids for first ten days and 30 mg for next ten days
my sgpt/sgot levels are fallen to 160/145 from a level of 700
then next 10days 20mg steroids with azaron 50mg
then 15 mg steroids with azaron 75 mg
next 12.5 mg steroids with azaron 100 mg
after that my levels are again raised to 220/145
then what is doctor next step?, am i responding to treatment ? ,what is XXXXXXX mg steroid that can be taken
