How Effective Is Vasectomy?

Question: I had a vasectomy about 12 weeks ago. I was tested today and told that I have no living sperm and 25 non motile sperm. I realize that a doctor is unwilling to guarantee an outcome in this situation but what is the real chance that I could get my wife pregnant under these circumstances?

1. After vasectomy you need to wait for about 4 to 5 months. You will need test after another 2 months.

2. Use condoms meanwhile.

3. Otherwise your wife may get pregnant. Use protection
