Question: I recently had a post vasectomy semen analysis test completed. The results were "Rare sperm observed (<1/HPF) from a centrifuged specimen". I am trying to understand this result. Is rare sperm the same thing as rare non-motile sperm? Is it safe to have sex with my wife without using contraception? Is there a risk of pregnancy?
