Brief Answer:
There is no need for HIV testing
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Mr XXXXXXX
The type of sexual contact is not significant enough to have caused transmission of HIV infection. The Ejaculation fluid is much more than female orgasm fluid, even if her fluid would have been mixed with your fluid. For the HIV to be transmitted female fluid should come in contact with male Urethra.
There is no need of HIV testing to be carried out.
Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Brief Answer:
Less likely to cause infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings
The cause of both underwear getting wet is possibly due to your secretions and less likely to be due to her secretion. The possibility of transmission of infection is less likely.
When was the exposure? What did you do after exposure?
Awaiting your response.

I HAVE DONE RAPID HIV 1/2 ANTIBODY TEST WHICH COMES NEGATIVE
how accurate is HIV AG/AB SEROLOGY TEST.AND AFTER HOW MANY DAYS
I HAVE DONE RAPID HIV 1/2 ANTIBODY TEST WHICH COMES NEGATIVE
Brief Answer:
Takes 12 weeks for antibodies to be formed
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Dear Mr XXXXXXX
Rapid HIV test does not rule out HIV infection conclusively if done in the serological window period. These test detect antibodies, which usually take about 12 weeks for antibodies to be formed. HIV antibody test are not reliable in the serological window period.
Test like RT PCR ( Reverse transcriptase Polymerase chain reaction) and P 24 antigen assay are very specific in the serological window period, as they rely on detecting antigen on the virus instead of relying on antibody detection. Negative test completely rules out HIV test.

what about HIV AG/AB TEST
Brief Answer:
It is a 4th generation test
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Dear Mr XXXXXXX
HIV-1/2 Ag/Ab Combo test is a 4th generation HIV test which detects antibodies of both HIV 1 /HIV 2 and P24 antigen of HIV 1 assay. Negative test rules out completely HIV 1 infection. As majority of infection are caused by HIV 1 , a negative test is very reassuring and rules out infection. To rule out HIV 2 requires retesting after 12 weeks or doing RT PCR for HIV 2.

Dear Mr XXXXXXX
As HIV Ag Ab is a combo test which detects both antibodies and antigen, there is no window period as it also relies on antigen testing. Negative test rules out HIV infection.
