Question: Hello sir,
1 week ago i did sex with chinese prostitute in Dubai with condom. BUt during sex, one time when i pulled my penis, i found condom missing. Then immidieatly i ask her & she shown me condom in her hand & told that it was left inside her vagin. Then i wear new condom & finished. After 2 days of this event, there was a burning on my tip of penis continously& continue upto today. So i am afraid & i am really in anxiety. I can not sleep also & My apetite also reduced. So Is there any chance of HIV? Each & every moment i am thinking of hiv & i can't explain you how i am feeling? So can you give me sir your guidance about HIV & i can relax myself. BEcause burning on tip make me thinking of HIV.And what is chance of getting HIV from my exposer?

Yesterday i went again to meet her just to confirm & more detailed study of her. She shown her resident ID of UAE which is only issued to resident visa holder of UAE. And that will be issued only after HIV test which is compulsory for UAE resident visa.
And she also assured me that she don't have any problem & clean. But how can i beleive her because she is professional. Eventhough i assured her yesterday, i felt good last night but again my anxiety killing me from today morning. I don't know how can i control myself & comeout from this situation & start my happy familly life. Right now my family is in XXXXXXX on vacation. And also i wants to go vacation with my family in XXXXXXX next week but i am affraid that how can i go infront my wife with full of worries. If she will know my abnormal behavior & then i will be in big trouble. Really i filling shame one me that why i did this. Even i know that what i did , it look's safe but still anxiety killing. Your question about HIV testing, It cant be ruled out by antibody kits available in market . Because to appear antibodies in the blood it takes minimum of 3-6 months period. If you want to confirm right away you need to go with a expensive method known as PCR.
But i dont see that you may require all this. Even though her visa is expiring,she already got screened for HIV and confirmed negative.

I don't see any physical chage in my penis. Only i am continously filling burning. So is it possible that it may infection of condom?
And she was hiv -ve 2 years back while her visa issued. Now again she will go for medical for renewing her visa because it is going expire next month.
And if i will do duo 4th generatin hiv test at 20 days, how accuracy of it?
Because i will go XXXXXXX on 27th & next day i will go for test.

Still burning is continue. And that me causing more worry about infection. And here in dubai to visit a doctor is diffcult. Because i am afraid if he will ask me for HIV test. Really i am sleepless. Everyday i wack up 3 am & continuous thinking of fear of HIV. Because i am thinking that, while pulling my penis may be touched to her vargina. So really i am in tense. Just give some relief to me for my peace of mind. Today i will buy ciprofloxacin for may be suspected UTI infection. Sir, really i am in panic & just tell me what are probabilty of HIV infection to me. Yesterday, i talked her on phone about her visa renewal & she told me that still i am waiting for sponserar call. So really i am in tense. You can understand my situatiotion. I am feeling shame on me & thinking of what will happen to my family.

As you know sir, before there was burning & no redness.But not the top of penis is iching & redness. And i experienced from last 3 days from where i started ciprofloxacin. Becuase the incident happened it was 11 days before & still now facing iching & redness & sometime lookd top of penis swallow & some time looks normal.Really i am afraid that's why i am distubing you. But i am outisde XXXXXXX & so i can't go to dodctor here. Hopefully next week i will be in XXXXXXX But i am really in panic because of thinking continously about hiv.
